This tournament is open to all players, all ages, not just UF students. The tournament will be rated by the United States Chess Federation (USCF), USCF membership is required.
- Four sections: Championship section, U1700, U1300, U900 (Championship section is only for players rated over 1700 or with special permission of TD).
- 4 rounds at Game 60 (G55 with 5 second delay)
- Schedule: Rounds at 10am, 12, 2:30pm and 4:30pm, late registration: 9am-9:45

Prizes:
Championship section: 1st - $200, 2nd - $100
U1700: 1st - $100, 2nd $50
U1300: trophies to top 3 places.
U900: trophies to top 3 places.
You must either register online by 4/8/11 or sign up in person on the day of the tournament. Online registration: http://ufspringchess2011.eventbrite.com USCF membership required. If not a member, you must first go to www.uschess.org and click on Join/Renew to sign up.
*To get the UF student discount, players must be currently registered students. $10 will be refunded on the day of the tournament.
