This tournament is open to all players, all ages, not just UF students. The tournament will be rated by the United States Chess Federation (USCF), USCF membership is required.
- Four sections: Championship section, U1600, U1200, U800 (Championship section is only for players rated over 1600).
- 4 rounds at Game 60 (G55 with 5 second delay)
- Schedule: Rounds at 10am, 12, 2:30pm and 4:30pm, late registration: 9am-9:45

Prizes:
Championship section: 1st - $200, 2nd - $100
U1600: 1st - $50, 2nd $25
U1200: trophies to top 3 places.
U800: trophies to top 3 places.
